Administrative data changes via disabled CSRF protection
Published Sep 18, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in gedelumbung HospitalManagement allows remote attackers to alter data through an administrator's browser. The application/config/config.php file disables CodeIgniter CSRF protection, so administrative POST handlers accept cross-origin requests without a token. A logged-in administrator or director must visit an attacker-controlled page; successful requests can create administrator accounts, reset passwords, delete patient records, or store script content.
