Remote secret disclosure via inherited subprocess environment

Information disclosure in Hermes Agent 2026.4.0 through 2026.4.23 allows remote attackers to read gateway secrets via messaging commands. _make_run_env in tools/environments/local.py merges the gateway's entire process environment into tool subprocesses and filters only recognized provider keys, leaving other credentials exposed. An attacker must reach an enabled messaging gateway and trigger local-backend tool execution; the consequence is read-only disclosure of inherited environment values.
