Cross-account media deletion via unchecked page UUID
Published Sep 25, 2026 · Updated Sep 25, 2026
Authorization bypass in Bludit CMS 3.22.0 and earlier and 4.0.0-beta-1 allows remote authenticated users to delete other users' media. The content-get-list endpoint exposes page UUIDs, while list-images and delete-image trust an arbitrary uuid to select another page's media directory without enforcing ownership. Author-role access and IMAGE_RESTRICT are required; exploitation discloses filenames and permanently removes media from pages owned by other users, including administrators.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
