CVE-2026-9320Network attack vector

Unauthenticated memory exhaustion via crafted request

Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026

Denial of service in IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5 and 9.0 and Liberty through 26.0.0.6 allows remote attackers to exhaust memory. IBM identifies a specially crafted request but has not disclosed the parsing locus or the operation that causes memory consumption. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation has high complexity, and Liberty exposure requires an affected servlet or WebSocket feature.
