CIP connection ID disclosure via diagnostics page

Information disclosure in Rockwell Automation CompactLogix 5370 through V37.011 allows remote attackers to read CIP Connection IDs. The embedded web server returns these identifiers on an unauthenticated diagnostics page instead of restricting them to an authorized control sphere. Network reachability and enabled controller web pages are required; the disclosed identifiers support malicious CIP packets that can interrupt controller service.
