Authenticated code execution via evaluated validation function
Published May 23, 2026 · Updated May 23, 2026
Code injection in 546669204 vps-inventory-monitoring allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through a crafted monitor entry. The VpsTest console command reads the database-backed vf validation function and passes it directly to PHP eval without sandboxing, syntax validation, or an allowlist. Any registered user who can create a status-enabled monitor entry can run code with the scheduled or manually invoked VpsTest task's operating-system privileges.
