Service crash via invalid Prometheus label

Input validation failure in Aether SD-Core AMF 2.1.0 through 2.1.1 allows remote authenticated users to crash AMF via an NGSetupRequest. HandleNGSetupRequest passes an invalid UTF-8 RANNodeName through SetGnbSessProfileStats to Prometheus GaugeVec label handling, which panics. Access to the N2 interface and permission to send NGAP traffic are required, and the resulting process crash interrupts AMF control-plane service.
