Unauthenticated shortcode execution via stored booking names
Published Oct 1, 2026 · Updated Oct 1, 2026
Arbitrary shortcode execution in LatePoint 5.7.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger registered shortcodes through booking names. The booking flow stores attacker-supplied first or last names, and render_customer_dashboard() emits those names into content that WordPress processes with do_shortcode at priority 11. Exploitation requires a site to expose the booking flow and render the affected Customer Cabinet block; the resulting behavior depends on the shortcodes registered on that site.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
