CVE-2026-92921Public exploitNetwork attack vectorHinoki check available

Password recovery via single-round MD5 hashing

Published Sep 17, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026

Weak password hashing in CJBI admin3 3.0.0 and earlier allows attackers with database access to recover account passwords offline. SecurityUtil.md5 concatenates the username and password, runs one MD5 digest with no random salt or work factor, and stores an unpadded hexadecimal result. Database read access is required; recovered plaintext credentials expose affected accounts without changing data or interrupting service.
