Authenticated arbitrary file overwrite via filename traversal
Published Sep 17, 2026 · Updated Sep 17, 2026
Path traversal in CJBI admin3 3.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to overwrite server-accessible files on Windows. The storage upload flow accepts a client-supplied filename and resolves dot-dot segments outside the configured storage root without enforcing containment. A valid account and Windows deployment are required; impact is limited to files writable by the server process.
