Authenticated browser script execution via stored form input
Published Oct 13, 2026 · Updated Oct 13, 2026
Stored XSS in Adobe Commerce allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser through form input. Submitted scripts persist and execute when a victim visits the affected page; the public sources do not identify the field, handler, or defective escaping operation. Low-privileged access and a victim's page visit are required, exposing the victim's account or session rather than establishing server-side code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
