Arbitrary command execution via shell-enabled IPC arguments

OS command injection in Logseq 0.10.15 and earlier allows local users with renderer JavaScript execution to run host shell commands. The IPC handler concatenates an allowlisted command with an untrusted argument string and invokes child_process.spawn with shell execution enabled, so shell metacharacters escape the command-name restriction. Reachability requires JavaScript execution in the renderer, such as through cross-site scripting or a malicious plugin, and successful commands run with the privileges of the Logseq process.
