Internal resource disclosure via unvalidated image prefetch
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026
SSRF in the Image Prefetch renderer in Requarks.io Wiki.js 2.5.314 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read internal resources. The renderer passes each prefetch-candidate image source directly to request-promise and embeds the full response as a base64 data URI without validating its scheme, host, or address. The optional renderer must be enabled, and ordinary page-edit permission is sufficient to expose internal services or cloud metadata responses.
