Account takeover via poisoned password-reset links

Password-reset link poisoning in StellarWP Kadence Memberships 4.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over accounts. The legacy rc_process_lost_password_form() handler passes attacker-controlled rc_redirect data into wp_redirect() and reset-email URL construction without restricting the destination host. The public [login_form] shortcode exposes the required nonce; a victim must click the poisoned email link, leaking a valid reset key that can be replayed against the site.
