Data exfiltration via unvalidated webhook configuration
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026
SSRF in TDuck survey form 5.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send webhook requests to arbitrary internal or external hosts. WebhookConfigController accepts a caller-supplied form identifier and URL without checking form ownership, and WebhookSenderService sends submission data to that URL without SSRF filtering. Any registered account can attach a webhook to another user's form, exposing future submissions and enabling requests to internal services.
