Forced logout via basename-only CSRF exemptions
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 18, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in WWBN AVideo through 29.0 allows remote attackers to terminate authenticated users' sessions. autoCSRFGuard() compares only a script basename against its exemption allowlist, so LoginWordPress/view/login.json.php inherits the core login exemption and logs off the current user before checking credentials. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to load an attacker-controlled page and delivery of the session cookie on a cross-site POST; repeated requests interrupt that user's access.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
