Subscriber credential disclosure via click-tracking cookie
Published Oct 1, 2026 · Updated Oct 1, 2026
Credential disclosure in Satollo Newsletter 9.3.9 and earlier allows remote attackers with signed click URLs to obtain subscriber tokens. The public /tnp/l/ route calls set_user_cookie() after signature validation, while get_user_key() returns the raw token because the loaded subscriber lacks _trusted. A signed URL is required, but replay exposes a persistent cookie that permits subscriber profile export, modification, and unsubscription without a separate challenge.
