Account password reset via missing prior-password verification

Unverified password change in affected Devolutions Server releases allows remote authenticated users to reset a user's password. The password-change path accepts a crafted request without verifying the previous password, but Devolutions has not named the affected handler or disclosed its validation logic. Low-privileged access and additional attack requirements are necessary; exploitation changes the targeted account password and can interrupt legitimate access in 2025.3.20.0 and earlier and 2026.1.6.0 through 2026.1.16.0.
