Account takeover via unchecked password-change target

Unverified password change in zlt2000 microservices-platform 6.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to reset other users' passwords. The PUT /users/password handler accepts an arbitrary user identifier and new password without verifying the target account's current password. Any authenticated account can therefore overwrite credentials for a non-administrator account, enabling account takeover and denying the legitimate holder access.
