Customer-policy tampering via unchecked Redis endpoints
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 16, 2026
Missing authorization in YSHOP CRM 2.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read and alter deployment-wide CRM policies. CrmCustomerController exposes saveRedisSet and getRedisSet without permission checks, directly writing and reading shared customerNum, notRecordDay, and notSuccessDay Redis keys. Any authenticated back-office account can change customer auto-recycling behavior, causing mass customer deletion, disabling lead recycling, or blocking customer creation.
