Stored XSS via unquoted carousel direction attribute
Published May 29, 2026 · Updated May 29, 2026
Stored XSS in The Plus Addons for Elementor 6.4.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into pages. Its Carousel Anything render() function places carousel_direction inside an unquoted dir attribute, so esc_attr() does not prevent attribute injection. Contributor-level access can persist JavaScript that executes when a user opens the affected page.
