Restricted pricing access via attacker-controlled role key
Published May 28, 2026 · Updated May 28, 2026
Role bypass in FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce 1.4.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to obtain restricted prices. The get_value() function in classes/fixed/fixed_user_role.php trusts the wooc_order_user_roles request parameter over roles from the authenticated session, so attacker-supplied role context controls fixed-price resolution. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, but practical impact requires fixed user-role pricing to be enabled and a product to have a privileged-role price.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
