Subscriber-level job manipulation via unchecked job_id

Authorization bypass in Crew HRM 1.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to manipulate arbitrary job listings. The crewhrm_singleJobAction AJAX handler accepts an attacker-supplied integer job_id without a capability or ownership check, while Dispatcher::dispatch() exposes its nonce to every authenticated front-end visitor. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to delete, archive, unarchive, or duplicate a job and its related stages, metadata, addresses, and applications.
