Token metadata disclosure via public-client secret bypass
Published Sep 25, 2026 · Updated Sep 25, 2026
Authentication bypass in Lemonldap::NG::Portal 2.20.0 through 2.21.5 and 2.22.0 through 2.23.3 allows remote attackers to read token metadata. The checkEndPointAuthenticationCredentials function skips secret comparison for a public Relying Party yet reports a secret-based method, causing introspection to accept an arbitrary or empty secret. Exploitation requires a valid access token and public client ID and reveals token status, scope, audience, expiry, and a client-specific sub claim.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
