CVE-2026-92217Network attack vector

Unvalidated state injection via unknown component types

Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 16, 2026

Improper input validation in A2UI 0.10.0 through 0.10.6 allows remote attackers to store unvalidated component properties. The v0.9 processMessages path skips envelope-schema validation and commits unknown component types and their attacker-controlled properties to componentsModel. A malicious agent must deliver an updateComponents message; current renderers display unknown types as nothing, so the demonstrated consequence is exposure of unvalidated state to consumers rather than code execution.
