CSRF in NETGEAR XR1000, XR1000v2, and XR500 firmware allows attackers to alter router settings and disrupt operations. NETGEAR has not disclosed the affected management endpoint or the missing request-authenticity validation that accepts the forged request. Exploitation requires an authenticated router administrator to act on attacker-controlled content; no confidentiality impact is reported.
