Stored XSS via unescaped webhook sender name

Stored XSS in Jenkins Gitee Plugin 1301.v8957053c7902 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script via crafted webhook sender names. GiteeWebHookCause places the push payload's sender name into a build-cause description without HTML escaping, causing stored markup to be rendered in Jenkins. Exploitation requires the ability to trigger a configured Gitee webhook build, and the script executes when a user views the affected cause.
