Stored XSS via unvalidated analysis-result identifier
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 16, 2026
Stored XSS in Jenkins Warnings Plugin 13.10258.va_17d49a_78c3b_ and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in browsers. The job-configuration REST path stores an analysis-results ID without rejecting javascript-scheme URLs, which later become executable links. Exploitation requires Item/Configure permission and occurs when a browser follows the crafted analysis-results link.
