Develocity access-key disclosure via untrusted scan URL

SSRF in Jenkins Gradle Plugin 2.19.1252.v15196b_5a_6e10 and earlier allows attackers to capture a configured Develocity access key. The enrichment path trusts a build-scan link parsed from the build log and requests that URL with the globally configured access key. Exploitation requires control of build-log content, enabled scan enrichment, and a configured access key; the consequence is credential disclosure.
