Controller code execution via double-fetched JAR

Remote code execution in Jenkins Script Security Plugin 1415.v9a_f9b_3a_c253d and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run controller code. ScriptApproval hashes a JAR downloaded from a user-defined classpath URL for approval, then SecureGroovyScript downloads the same URL again when constructing the execution class loader without verifying that the bytes still match. Exploitation requires permission to define a script classpath and control the URL so its content changes between approval and loading, after which code runs in the Jenkins controller JVM.
