Authenticated code execution via unchecked builderStrategy class
Published Sep 16, 2026 · Updated Sep 16, 2026
Sandbox bypass in Jenkins Project Script Security Plugin 1415.v9a_f9b_3a_c253d and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code beyond the sandbox. The annotation validator accepts an arbitrary class named by an @Builder annotation's builderStrategy member, allowing that class to participate in Groovy compilation without the intended sandbox rejection. Exploitation requires permission to define and run sandboxed scripts, including Pipelines, and a suitable class on the evaluating component's classpath.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
