CVE-2026-92120Network attack vectorHinoki check available

Authentication bypass via unchecked OAuth1 timestamps and nonces

Published Oct 12, 2026 · Updated Oct 12, 2026

OAuth1 replay in Apache Allura 1.21.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to repeat authenticated API operations via signed requests. The REST controller's validate_timestamp_and_nonce method returns true without checking request freshness or recording nonce reuse. Exploitation requires possession of a valid signed OAuth1 request and repeats the authorized operation rather than granting unrestricted account access.
