Contributor-level PHP code execution via unsafe lens inclusion
Published May 27, 2026 · Updated May 27, 2026
Local file inclusion in Query Shortcode 0.2.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP via the lens attribute. The shortcode handler uses the user-controlled lens value for PHP template inclusion without restricting the resolved path to approved lens directories. Contributor-level access is required, and arbitrary code execution additionally requires an includable PHP file on the server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
