Client hang via reused decode loop counter

Infinite-loop denial of service in FreeRDP 3.11.0 through 3.30.0 allows remote attackers to hang the client through AVC444 updates. pool_decode_rect reuses waitCount as both the rectangle-loop counter and worker-array index, then resets it before the outer loop can terminate. The victim must connect to a malicious or compromised RDP server with threaded AVC444 decoding enabled and the EXTGPU fast path inactive, resulting in sustained CPU use and loss of client operation.
