Client crash via undersized USB response buffer

Out-of-bounds write in FreeRDP 3.14.0 through 3.30.0 allows remote attackers operating an RDP server to crash a client. urb_send_current_frame_number_result() appends a four-byte constant after create_urb_completion_message() has filled its 16-byte allocation, without first growing the stream. A user must connect with USB redirection enabled and a device redirected; default builds abort, while builds without verbose assertions perform the bounded four-byte overwrite.
