Client crash or heap disclosure via length wraparound

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP before 3.31.0 allows remote attackers controlling an RDP server to crash clients or expose heap data. In rdpdr_dump_packet, the 32-bit 16 + computerNameLen bounds calculation wraps to zero, then _wcsnlen scans beyond the packet buffer. Reachability requires RDPDR traffic and TRACE logging for the rdpdr logger; a crafted packet can crash the client or copy adjacent heap bytes into logs.
