Arbitrary file write via unfiltered PDF configuration

Path traversal in Crawl4AI 0.9.0 through 0.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to write files via a crafted PDF crawl request. PDFContentScrapingStrategy passes save_images_locally, extract_images, and image_save_dir through _filter_untrusted_fields, then _extract_images joins the chosen directory to a fixed filename without checking realpath containment. Access to the authenticated Docker crawl API and an attacker-hosted PDF are required; bytes can be written only to directories available to the non-root service account, with no demonstrated code execution.
