Authenticated code execution via unchecked SQLite path

Path traversal in Flowise before 3.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through a crafted SQLite path. The SQL Database Chain passes its user-controlled url value directly to TypeORM as the SQLite database path, allowing database creation outside the intended directory. Command execution requires a writable trigger path and a later consumer, such as Chromium loading a crafted configuration file; web-root writes can instead produce stored XSS.
