Authorization bypass via unguarded direct connection route

Missing authorization in Sosedoff pgweb 0.17.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to access unauthorized databases via direct connections. The Connect handler leaves POST /api/connect registered in connect-backend mode, accepts an arbitrary url value, and keys the resulting session to an attacker-chosen identifier instead of enforcing the backend resource mapping. Reachability requires connect-backend mode and access to the HTTP endpoint; supplied database credentials permit read or write access, while connection errors expose internal service reachability.
