Cross-site state changes via GET-enabled controller actions

CSRF in MISP 2.5.45 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger state-changing controller actions through an authenticated victim. Four controller actions accept GET requests without enforcing POST, allowing cross-origin requests to invoke operations under the victim's session. Remote attackers need no MISP account, but an authenticated victim must load attacker-controlled content; triggered actions can purge pictures, toggle notice lists, remove correlations, or rebuild Redis.
