Tenant data disclosure and modification via unbound userId
Published Jun 9, 2026 · Updated Jun 9, 2026
Authorization bypass in 6Storage Rentals 2.22.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read and modify arbitrary tenant profile data. The unauthenticated AJAX handlers accept POST userId tenant identifiers without ownership, session, or nonce checks before reading or updating profiles. No account or user interaction is required; enumerating a tenant ID exposes or changes names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and SSNs.
