Memory corruption via unchecked scanline span count

Stack-based buffer overflow in Samsung Electronics rlottie allows attackers to corrupt memory through crafted vector animations. In src/vector/vrle.cpp, bufferToRle converted a merged scanline into a fixed span array without checking its remaining capacity. Rendering an attacker-controlled animation is required to reach the overwrite, and the published consequence is memory corruption.
