Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload
Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026
Unrestricted file upload in Esri ArcGIS Server 12.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to write crafted files through an affected endpoint. Public Esri material does not identify the endpoint, handler, destination path, or exact validation operation that accepts the crafted file. No authentication or user interaction is required; arbitrary file placement is established, while subsequent execution or data access remains undisclosed.
