Employee data disclosure via unchecked REST resource ID

Broken access control in IceHrm before 36.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other employees' sensitive HR records. Seven REST sub-resource handlers take the employee ID from the URL and apply it directly as a query filter without comparing it with the caller's profile or checking permission. Any employee account can enumerate colleagues' skills, education, certifications, languages, leave, attendance, and status data; the affected paths are read-only.
