Cross-origin data disclosure via uninitialized Skia resource
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Uninitialized resource use in Skia in Google Chrome before 153.0.8010.47 allows remote attackers to read cross-origin data via crafted HTML. Google has not published which Skia resource remains uninitialized or how crafted page content causes its data to be consumed. A victim must load attacker-controlled HTML, and the disclosed information is limited to cross-origin data exposed by the uninitialized resource.
