Sandbox escape via Input use-after-free
Published Sep 15, 2026 · Updated Sep 15, 2026
Use-after-free in Chrome's Input component before 153.0.8010.47 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code outside the sandbox. Google identifies Input as the affected component but has not published the freed object's identity or the operation that reuses it. Exploitation requires a crafted HTML page and prior compromise of the renderer process; successful reuse crosses the browser sandbox boundary.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
