Application crash via negative .solv size decoding

Heap buffer overflow in libsolv 0.7.36 and earlier allows attackers to crash applications when victims process a crafted .solv file. repo_add_solv stores read_id results in signed maxsize and allsize integers, so oversized encoded values become negative and produce an undersized solv_calloc buffer before fread writes up to 8,192 bytes. Exploitation requires an application or user to process an attacker-supplied .solv cache file; the demonstrated consequence is a crash, not code execution.
