Authenticated arbitrary file write via unvalidated paths
Published Sep 4, 2026 · Updated Sep 4, 2026
Path traversal in IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.11.2 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary server files. SaveToFileComponent uses the attacker-controlled file name from run-endpoint tweaks as a local path without validation or tenant-directory confinement. A low-privileged API key or user session is sufficient, and modification is limited to paths writable by the Langflow process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
