Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped attribute keys

Stored cross-site scripting in FooPlugins FooGallery 3.1.31 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via a shortcode. The foogallery_sanitize_javascript() blacklist permits event attributes such as onmouseenter, and foogallery_build_container_attributes_safe() emits the attacker-controlled attribute key without escaping it. Contributor-level access is required; the injected script executes in any browser that renders the affected gallery page.
