Cross-user chat disclosure via session ID collision
Published Aug 5, 2026 · Updated Aug 5, 2026
Authorization bypass in IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.3 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' chat history. The MemoryComponent.retrieve_messages and store_message methods query solely by session_id without validating flow_id or user_id ownership. Exploitation requires a multi-user deployment with LANGFLOW_AUTO_LOGIN=False and exposes or alters messages associated with a colliding session identifier.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
